Talent Acquisition Specialists

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to join forces with the Human Resources department at our Hive and oversee our full-cycle recruitment.

Job description:

  • Reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, assisting in technical assessments
  • Researching talent acquisition trends in the industry, job posting sites and platforms
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels and professional platforms
  • Creating candidate reports and updating the applicant tracking system
  • Providing acquired information on a regular basis
  • Using appropriate tools to schedule candidate interviews and communication with all parties
  • Building a positive candidate experience and maintaining relationships with candidates
  • Engagement in various events for attracting talent, such as career fairs
  • Working closely with Marketing to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Assisting in HR projects and taking an active role in the development process
  • Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and other processes
  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts by assisting with the screening process, interviewing, reference checks and background checks
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs


  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting techniques and/or HR principles
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
  • A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize and manage projects
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player able to productively collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good time management
  • B2 level of English language is required and will be tested as part of the screening process
